Since 1951, Sugarloaf has become not only a world-class ski and snowboard destination, but also home to generations of families who share the same passion for all things winter and skiing, much like Amos Winter himself.

A new neighborhood is taking shape on West Mountain.
Clearing and roadwork are underway at Snowcross Mountain Homes, bringing Sugarloaf’s newest slopeside neighborhood one step closer to reality. These standalone, ski-in/ski-out mountain homes will feature three stories of modern alpine design — thoughtfully crafted to capture natural daylight, mountain views, and the essence of life on the slopes.
