With day and evening events both on and off the slopes, the Sugarloaf Charity Summit has raised nearly $1,500,000 for Maine Charities. All proceeds from Charity Summit events will benefit the Martha B. Webber Breast Care Center and the Maine Cancer Foundation.

Warm Up Race and BBQ for a Cure

11am-1:30pm on Competition Hill
Join us as we kick off the Charity Summit Events and “warm up” your racing skills on a fun and easy GS course on Lower Comp Hill. Or just join us for the noontime BBQ at the Jean Luce Building. The race and BBQ are open to all ages... just a $5 donation for the race and a $10 donation for the BBQ. Register for the race after 9am at the Jean Building on December 29, the day of the "warm-up" race. BBQ begins at 11am; race begins at noon.

Hands For a Cure
- "I had a blast playing Hands for a Cure. I cut the lift line and got a card for each run I made." - 2012 Hands for a Cure player.
Ski the SuperQuad or Whiffletree from 11am-1pm on January 26. Cut lift lines and you'll be given a card (maybe the Ace of Spades) for each run you make. Turn in your best poker hand at "the beach" and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate. Prizes will be awarded to the top three poker hands. Minimum donation $20.00.

Raffle
Part of Sugarloaf’s Charity Ball is drawing the winner of an adult 2-year Sugarloaf season pass with no blackout dates. This pass is valid for the 2013/14 and 2014/15 ski seasons. Tickets are just $10 each or 3 for $25 and can be purchased at the Guest Services desk at Sugarloaf, or you can purchase yours online here.- The Charity Ball Program
A great keepsake for guests, the Charity Ball Program is a great opportunity to honor and pay tribute to loved ones who have been touched or taken by cancer, or to demonstrate your business support for the fight against cancer by purchasing an ad. The largest silent auction and most entertaining live auction in the Valley. With over 150 items, the Silent Auction is open to the pubic (noon until 4pm) but ticketed guests to the Charity Ball have the final chances to bid. If you can walk, you can showshoe! Come join us and bring your friends as we shuffle approximately 3 kilometers through the beautiful Maine trails at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center.
