Q: Who is eligible to join the program?
A: Any company, corporation, or association with 50 or more employees/members is eligible to join the program.
Q: What if I don’t use all of my vouchers?
A: Any unused vouchers can be discarded at the end of the 2012-2013 season.
Q: Can I use last year’s corporate vouchers this year?
A: Last year’s vouchers are no longer valid. Please use our hassle free online application to join the program and request new vouchers!
Q: How long will it take to receive my vouchers once I sign up for the program?
A: Please allow 7 days for your request to be processed and your vouchers shipped.
Q: How do I earn complimentary lift tickets?
A: One complimentary lift ticket will be issued for every $1000 of lift tickets purchased by employees/members at participating resorts using corporate vouchers.
Q: When will I receive my complimentary tickets?
A: If the $1000 minimum is reached, complimentary lift tickets will be sent to the company representative 2 weeks after the end of each month. Comps earned at the end of the 2012-2013 season will be valid during the early season of 2013-2014.
Q: How do I track my company’s sales?
A: You can see how well your company is doing by going to the Corporate Discount Program Sales Report.
Q: How will I know if you received my request to join the program?
A: The Corporate Program Manager will contact you within 24 - 48 hours to verify that we received your request.
Q: Do I have to handle payments from employees?
A: No, the vouchers act as any coupon would at a store. The company organizer gives the voucher to the employee and the employee pays at the ticket window.
Q: At what mountain do the employees receive a discount?
A: The vouchers are valid at Sugarloaf and Sunday River. If you would like to receive a discount at our sister resort, Loon Mountain, please visit http://www.skigroupnh.com/info/esp.asp or contact Jon Sartorelli by calling 603-745-6281 or by emailing jsartorelli@loonmtn.com.
Q: How are my vouchers shipped?
A: All vouchers will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS. Please let us know if you foresee any issues with these methods of shipping to your corporation. We cannot UPS to a Post Office Box Number.
Q: How do I re-order vouchers?
A: Fill out the online order form and please allow seven (7) days for your request to be processed and your vouchers shipped.
Q: Are these vouchers valid all season?
A: Yes, there are no blackout dates on the vouchers.
Q: How can I promote the program at my company?
A: Download our flyer and hang it up around the office or send it to your co-workers via email.
Q: Is my corporate card still valid?
A: The corporate cards that were valid at Sunday River-Sugarloaf-Attitash Bear Peak, NH, have been replaced by our vouchers and are valid at Sugarloaf and Sunday River. You may discard the old cards and sign up for the Corporate Discount Program by using our online application.
