Package rate is per person, per night and based on maximum occupancy in condominiums, unless otherwise specified. Packages for the Sugarloaf Inn and Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel are also available.  Package also includes access to the Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center or hotel spa and a 90-minute Perfect Turn® clinic (19 and older)*. Tax and resort fees additional. Prices subject to change. Some restrictions may apply.

*Perfect Turn clinics begin in late December and end in early April.

Policies:   A 50% reservation deposit is taken upon booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, when cancellations are made more than 21 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in a forfeit of the deposit.  Specialized Promotions may have policies/deposit/cancellation procedures specific to the promotion.  Please note specific requirements within the promotion. 

Upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of a credit card authorization for $200.00 will be taken.  Debit cards are not recommended for security deposits.  There are no refunds for early departures/late arrivals or weather delays.  No pets are allowed.  All Sugarloaf properties are non-smoking.
