How to Book

All inclusive pricing is $199 per person for dinner, including drink pairings with each course, tax, and gratuity. Payment is taken when you make your reservation.
What to Expect
Where to Go: On the evening of your reservation, you'll meet the snow cat on The Beach just outside the Base Lodge at 6:15.
What to Wear: While it is an elegant evening with blankets provided on the heated snow cat, you will be on a mountain in the winter at night... consider the dress code 'Alpine Festive'.
What to Bring: Since your prepaid evening is all-inclusive, you only need to bring an I.D. The bar will be open, so bring cash or a card if you think you'd like to order drinks in addition to the paired selections.
The Event: After about 15 minutes on the snow cat, you'll arrive at Bullwinkle's. The seating is arranged for a convivial evening, with two long banquet tables for all guests. The tasting and pairing experience will last approximately three hours before the snow cats bring you back down to the Base Lodge. Since the menu is set in advance, please let your reservationist know if you have any dietary restrictions.
