U.S. Alpine Championships

Watch the country's best alpine ski racers compete for national titles on Sugarloaf's legendary Narrow Gauge, March 25-28. Join us for opening ceremonies, a parade of athletes, and high speed action in Slalom, Giant Slalom, and Super G.

Harsh Armadillo at the Widowmaker Lounge

Harsh Armadillo will hit the Widowmaker Stage on Saturday, March 25th.

Come dance to Harsh Armadillo's high octane New England Funk-Hop at one of their two shows.

All ages apres show 3:00pm-5:30pm.

21+ only night show 9:00pm-12:30am.

The Steve's at Gepetto's

Local favorites, The Steve's, will hit the stage at Gepetto's on Saturday, March 25th at 3pm for a happy hour performance. 

3-6pm; Happy Hour specials. 

Maine Maple Sunday at Sugarloaf

With warm days and cool nights comes flowing sap from the Sugarloaf Maple trees. We are busy boiling down the sugary goodness in preperation for Maine Maple Sunday at Sugarloaf on Sunday, March 26th.

Join us at the Sugarshack from 11am-2pm for Sugarloaf's own Maple syrup samples served hot over Gifford's Vanilla Ice Cream. Tastings are free and open to all ages.

Backcountry Basecamp at Sugarloaf

Sugarloaf has teamed up with Backcountry Magazine to bring the Backcountry Basecamp to the slopes of Sugarloaf April 1st & 2nd.

Josh Landry Chainsaw Carvings

Join us on Saturday, April 1 for Chainsaw Carving with Josh Landry.

Josh Landry is a nationally known chainsaw carver and performer. Come watch him work at 1:30pm and 3pm on the Beach.

A carving will be raffled off to children under 12 immediately following completion. For more info visit www.joshlandry.com.

MOFF Broke & Stoked Winter World Premiere

Reggae Festival

The Bud Light Reggae Festival returns to Sugarloaf April 6-9, with festival headliners New Kingston and John Brown's Body. Concert tickets and lodging packages are on sale now, and you'll want to act fast - Reggae Fest is a perennial sellout event.

East Coast Pond Skimming Championship

The East Coast Pond Skimming Championship returns to the Loaf on Saturday, April 15th.

Break out your capes and tutus and get ready for good time at the annual East Coast Pond Skimming Championship.

Participants can register for free in Guest Services from 9am-11am. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Easter Bunny Meet & Greet

Come meet the Easter Bunny Easter morning from 8:45-9:30am in the King Pine Room.

Tell the Easter Bunny something nice you have done for someone else, and color an egg for his Easter tree.

All ages welcome!


 

Sugarloaf Scavenger Hunt

Get those detective skills ready! We're having a scavenger hunt on Easter morning.

Meet in the King Pine Room to sign up in groups of two or three from 9-10am, and then head out to find things on the list. 

Prizes will be awarded to everyone back by 10am with all the items, and consolation prizes for all who are brave in the attempt!


 

Spring Costume Parade

Dress to impress! The parade will kick off at 12pm and prizes will be awarded.

8-11am register your parade entry at the Guest Services desk in the Base Lodge and learn the parade route.

The 35th Sugarloaf Marathon will take place on Sunday, May 21st.The Sugarloaf Marathon provides runners with spectacular views of surrounding mountain ranges and the Carrabassett River.
