Accounting

Controller

Full Time Year Round

This position is responsible for directing all resort financial and accounting activities. The controller plays a supporting role in achieving the company's revenue and income objectives and must help develop and monitor all departmental budgets. Management functions include: accounting, payroll, controls, inventory analysis, depreciation, taxes, and information systems. Contributing member of Boyne corporate-wide finance and accounting team.


Job Requirements:

•·         Bachelor's degree

•·         3-5 Years' experience

•·         Accounting and account reconciliation skills

•·         Experience in forecasting budgets

•·         Ability and experience Microsoft Office and other reporting systems

•·         Experience with a variety of point of sale systems

•·         Understanding of risk management desirable.

•·         Understanding of employment law and practices desirable.

 

Desirable applicants will be self-motivated and have strong communication skills and problem solving ability. Applicants must have strong organizational and time management skills.  Must be able to lead and evaluate a team.

Systems Specialist I

Systems Specialist I

Full Time Extended Season

 The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3 years IT experience but would consider a stellar candidate with an Associate's degree and practical experience.  Duties include but are not limited to computer hardware, troubleshooting,  all help desk requests, new PC installation, printer and copier repair, wireless installations, running wire, administrative duties and any other duties assigned by the IT Director.  Must be able to do heavy lifting, be detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills and superior organizational skills. The ability to ski or ride is a plus.
