It's snowing at Sugarloaf!!! I drove into work this morning to see about an inch covering the base area and it is coming down! Groomer at the mountain say last night's groomed trails already have a great cover on them and more snow is expected to pile on throughout the day. In fact, our forecast is calling for up to 5 inches throughout the day today and 10 inches by tomorrow morning, making for great skiing this College Snowfest Week and into this weekend. We'll keep you posted...

Groomers are hard at work last night grooming 70 trails. We plan to open today with 84 trails and 8 lifts, winds and weather permitting.  Be sure to check in here or on our snowphone at 207-237-6808 for the latest updates on lifts and conditions. College Snowfest Week has kicked off to a great start! On tap for tonight is Stump Trivia where you can test your knowledge about Sugarloaf at the Widowmaker. And don't forget that Rahzel will be LIVE in the Widowmaker on Thursday night. Tickets are still available at 1-800-THE-LOAF. Lift tickets are just $35 for college students all week long too - check out more details here.

The whole week wraps up with a live show by The Machine in the first Bud Light Concert event of the season on January 10.  Tickets are available now, and you can extend your College Week package through the week for just $99 per person per night, including concert tickets. Children's Festival Week is right around the corner as well, when kids ages 3-14 receive free lift tickets, rentals, and Perfect Turn Clinics when they stay with their parents for three or more midweek nights. Check out our ski and stay packages here.
