The Podium Project

Launched in 2022, the Podium Project is a collaborative initiative to enhance the two premier training venues here on Sugarloaf: Narrow Gauge and Competition Hill. These upgrades include state-of-the-art snowmaking, expanded hill space, and a dedicated high-speed surface lift. This project is supported by Carrabassett Valley Academy, Sugarloaf Mountain, the Sugarloaf Ski Club, Colby College, and the University of Maine at Farmington.

The CVA/Colby T-bar, now named the Beth Kubik Training Venue, serves as a key facility for elite training and competition.
