Frequently Asked Questions

  • For a full refund you must cancel your childcare reservation 48 hours ahead of your visit.  All other cancellations inside 48 hours of your visit result in forfeiture of the registration fee, including cancellations due to illness.  Please keep in mind cancelling your lodging reservation does not cancel your childcare reservation.  You must contact us directly to cancel.

Exception: if the SuperQuad is unable to operate due to wind and a cancellation call is made to childcare by 9:30am, there will be no charge.

  • Full Day: Please plan to drop off before 9am and pick up between 3:45 pm and 4:00 pm (4:30pm for employees).

AM Only: Please plan to drop off before 9am and pick up between 11:45 and noon.

In the event that you need to drop-off later than 9am or pick-up earlier than 3:45pm (11:45am for AM Only), please email Erin Farah with your family’s needs so that we can best accommodate.

Each day of your stay, you will be given a numbered security pass. Please expect to present and return it each day at pick up time. If someone other than the person who checked the child in will be picking the child up, we must know ahead of time. The pick up person must have the security pass, be listed on the child’s record card, and have been previously introduced to us or have a picture ID. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
