Sugarloaf offers onsite year-round child care and is conveniently located in the Sugarloaf Base Lodge, adjacent to the Hotel. To learn more and make your reservation, please visit our Childcare Page.  

Sugarloaf offers a variety of dining options including 45 North, conveniently located in the Hotel Lobby. Please visit our dining page for current hours of operation for all outlets which vary through the season. 

The Hotel Hot Tub is open from 10:00a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please monitor your time and allow for the enjoyment of all. The Hotel Health Club is limited to a maximum of 3 guests at one time from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. A registered guest room key is required for entry at both locations. Please observe all signs. 

Offsite guests are encouraged to visit the Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center located just a short drive from the hotel and within walking distance to select condo units. Includes an indoor pool, weight room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and steam room. 

All lodging guests are allocated two parking spaces during their stay. Overflow parking is available in lots E & F; fill out an Overflow Parking Form from the Condo Check-In Center or Hotel Front Desk. 

Condo parking spaces are managed by private associations. Permits must be visible at all times. Unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed or removed at the owner's expense. 

The Sugarloaf Explorer is a free shuttle service during the winter with routes and schedules free of charge. See their latest schedule .

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available at the following locations: Village Center, Gondola Village, Timberwind, and Sugartree. If you need detergent or fabric softener, please visit a grocery store. It is a good idea to take change with you, as there are not change machines at all locations. Change is available at the Hotel Front Desk. 

Sugarloaf Chapel

Located in Parking Lot C, the Bell Interfaith Chapel provides a unique ski-in/out opportunity for you to celebrate your faith. All faiths are welcome with chapel services held every Sunday. Visit their website for information on seasonal services like Downhill Worship, Sunrise Service, and year-round Sunday morning services. 

The Sugarloaf Lodging Shipping and Receiving Office is located at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel, and is open daily from 9-3. Services include photocopies, faxes, incoming shipments, and outgoing shipments.

Shipping

• Mail and overnight packages can be sent from the shipping/receiving department and must be packaged and ready for pickup by 12pm for shipment the same business day.
• Sugarloaf has preferred rates with UPS.
• Fedex pickups must be coordinated 24 hours prior to pickup with confirmation number provided.
• Sugarloaf is a non-weekend delivery or pickup location. Packages are not delivered or picked up on Saturday or Sundays.
• Postage is available via metered postage at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel Front Desk.

Receiving

• Mail or packages sent to the hotel will be held at the shipping/receiving department.
• A notification message will be left in your guest room voice-mail box.

Mail and packages may be picked up upon arrival or delivered upon request.

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• If booking within 2 weeks, the entire balance is due at the time of booking.
• The deposit is refundable, minus a $50 processing fee, if canceled outside of 14 days before arrival.

• Upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of a credit card authorization for $200.00 will be taken.
• Debit cards are not recommended for security deposits.
• There are no refunds for early departures/late arrivals or weather delays.

Guests are welcomed and encouraged to take advantage of the following amenities included in our Resort Fee: 

• Snow shoe rentals (Available at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel & Sugarloaf Outdoor Center)
• Ice skate rentals at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center
• Ski locker storage (hotel guests)
• Daily S'mores by the fire (visit the Hotel front desk!)
• Regularly scheduled family-friendly activities
• Blue Ray library & board game collection
• $5 Amos & Friends store voucher
• Use of disc golf course & disc rentals
• Shuttle service (winter only)

• A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
• If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 50% of the total reservation value will be withheld, and within 48 hours of arrival, there are no refunds; unless Travel Protection was purchased for your stay.
• Shortening of stays are considered cancellations.
• Guest is responsible for all confirmed nights, regardless of late arrival or early departure.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

For just $25 a night, add peace of mind to your trip with Travel Protection. If something unexpected comes up within 14 days of arrival, your cancellation fee is waived and you will receive a lodging credit that can be used for another trip anytime within the following 12 months. 

• Must be purchased 72 hours prior to arrival date.
• Lodging credits are based on the dollar amount paid for your original trip, minus the travel protection fees.
• Travel Protection is available for any individual reservations, and cannot be extended to room list group, conference, or owner stays.
• Not valid for arriving a day late or departing a day early.
• Reservation must be cancelled in full.
• Cancellations must be made by 24 hours prior to arrival
• Golf tee times must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or charges will apply. It is the guest's responsibility to cancel tee times.

• All Sugarloaf Properties are non-smoking.
• Pets are not allowed.
