Brackett Basin
Turn left off of the King Pine Quad and enter a whole new world of tight trees, deep snow, big bumps, and cliff jumps in Brackett Basin. With hundreds of acres of Sugarloaf's newest glades, Brackett Basin provides a backcountry-like adventure, with the comfort of inbounds skiing.

Can't Dog 1 & 2
Start in Can't Dog 1 and Can't Dog 2, the most easily accessible parts of Brackett from the King Pine Lift. It's your quickest access to fresh powder on the morning after a storm and the most trafficked by mid-day. Powder piles turn to moguls, but the fun remains. Looking for more untouched powder? It's time for you to keep heading east.
The Golden Road
Once the low hanging pow is picked, fresh tracks often require a little extra sweat. Luckily, you'll be feeling golden once you get to your destination from the Golden Road. From this path, you'll be able to access Birler 1 & 2, glades, Edger 1 & 2, Sweeper 1 & 2, and Slashfire. Boot hiking, snow shoeing, and skinning are all potential methods to get there. Teleportation would be nice, but modern day science hasn't yet reached that point. Just makes sure you make the cut back over to King Pine if you're planning on going back up for another run!
