Skiing and snowboarding is better with friends and your New England Season Pass provides the hook up. It’s easy to share your Buddy Ticket discount code with your friends or family members. Just follow the steps below so your friends can easily purchase their discounted lift tickets online – no stop at the ticket window is required.
How To Share Your Discounts
STEP 1
Once at sugarloaf.com, navigate to the upper-right corner of your browser and click the icon resembling a person. Once you're here, you can log in to your account. If you do not already have an account in the online store, you will need to create one before you can use the voucher.
STEP 2
In the "Quicklinks" menu, click on Vouchers. You will see a list of available vouchers under your account. Locate the vouchers labeled "Passholder Ticket". If you have multiple people under your account with passes, you'll see everyone's vouchers here.
STEP 3
Click the "Email" button and enter the buddy's email address to whom you are sending the voucher. Your buddy will receive an email with your voucher code and can purchase in-store with the discount already applied.
How Your Buddy Redeems Voucher
STEP 1
Once you receive the voucher email, click REDEEM ONLINE. You will be redirected to our website, where you will see a VOUCHER VALIDATION screen. Choose the correct age range and start date for your lift ticket and ADD TO CART. The price you see on the Buddy Ticket Calendar will already include your discount.
STEP 2
Assign the lift ticket to the correct group member. Choose to either use an existing GoCard or add a new GoCard. If you have Easy Change Vouchers, Boyne Rewards Gift Cards, or regular Gift Cards, you can enter them on the payments screen in the Gift Card or Voucher Number Box. Then, enter your credit card information and confirm your order.

Yes. Follow the steps above to access your account and voucher codes. You will click the View/Print to get a simple voucher that includes the voucher code to give to your friend or keep for your records.
Yes. Our team can still look up your vouchers and print a ticket for your friend at the window. Discounted vouchers will be redeemed off the window rate.
Yes. Follow the steps above to access your account and voucher codes. At the bottom of the voucher page, click Show Inactive Vouchers. You will only be able to see which voucher codes have been used, not who used them or when. Please contact the season pass office to access that information.
Please note: Vouchers will remain active until they are redeemed by your chosen recipient. Each voucher has a unique code and may only be redeemed once.
There are two ways to do this.
1) Click the “Email” button and enter your own email address. Then follow the redemption instructions in the email you receive.
2) Click the “View/Print” button and copy the voucher number (located beneath the barcode). Navigate to the Friend Ticket calendar at shop.sugarloaf.com. Select your desired date and click checkout. When prompted for the voucher ID code, enter your voucher number.
